Nope - Don't agree! written by DaveF on February 17, 2008 The people who compile these lists probably also write reviews for Descarga.com! The list is not a dancers/DJ's list. Whilst yes there are some gems in amongst the list, most of those albums contain no danceable numbers at all! Many I'd not recommend to the casual listener. I don't completely agree written by Goobi on February 29, 2008 I think Hector Lavoe's Comedia is overrated. I love Bandolera (lyrics aside) and El Cantante is one of my all-time favourites. The rest of the album is just ok. I'm surprised Willie Rosario's Otra Vez is not in there. I'm even more surprised that no albums from the Lebron Brothers or Frankie Dante have made it to the list. I do appreciate however this is opinion as opposed to fact and we all have different tastes! So first u have to ask a question - is it a list of salsa cd's only for a dancer? Remember that salsa is not only to dance but also to listen to... personally i do like that list ;-)
