Ten year's ago, DJs Lubi and Fabio Bahia, residents of the original Leeds salsa club Casa Latina, were the first to bring one of the bright young stars of the booming UK salsa scene to Leeds. That man was Mauricio Reyes, soon to become one of the best know UK salsa DJs and danceteachers, and the venue was the newly opened Wardrobe club!

Ten years on, we are proud to once again have the talents of Senor Reyes back at The Wardrobe. He has slotted us into his very busy international schedule and will be teaching TWO classes for us - bachata and intermediate salsa - as well as DJing a guest slot and showing why he is booked at top salsa congresses and clubs UK wide.

Resident DJs Fabio Bahia and Silvao will keep the vibe 100% salsa with a touch of bachata and merengue.

This is the FIRST of our new monthly Rumberos sessions and we have pitched ourselves every third Friday to avoid clashing with other established regular Northern salsa events. We hope you support us as much as you have done for the La Excelencia gig. We have some great monthly parties lined up for you all the way to the end of the year.
