The Moe Flex Dance ‘Sexy Salsa and Salsa Funk Level 3’ DVD is brand new and part of a set of new DVDs which have just been produced. This particular DVD runs for approximately 80 minutes and features live percussion with Roberto Pla.

The DVD teaches you 3 separate routines, in cross-body style salsa, which can also be joined together to make one lengthy routine.
Moe breaks each routine down into sections, which you then practice before he adds on another section, until the routine is finally completed. Initially he demonstrates the basic moves within each section of the routine, which are then practiced before he adds in the ladies styling. After the ladies have added in their styling, Moe then teaches the men some styling too, then re-demonstrates each section, incorporating the styling for both partners for them to also practice. The whole routine is then demonstrated in its entirety, from different angles, for you to practice yourselves.
After you have watched, learnt and practicised all three routines, Moe then demonstrates all of them joined together, which creates a pretty impressive and lengthy routine.
I found his style of teaching and demonstrating to be very clear and relaxed. Each of the routines were really nice with some clever little moves included, which looked great, and all were well explained.
You have the option of watching each of the routines taught in sections, from beginning to end, or you can choose to view each of the routines broken down, via a menu which pinpoints all the individual sections of the routines. This means that if there is a section that you particularly like or are struggling with, you can go directly to that section.
Moe has also included some comedy extras and out-takes which are all hilarious. I really thought they added a little extra to the relaxed nature of his teaching style in this DVD, and made watching the DVD an enjoyable experience with plenty of laughs to go with the instruction.
So if you are an Intermediate to Advanced level dancer and want to learn some cool moves with a touch of sexy/funky styling from Moe Flex, then this is definitely the DVD for you. The comedy extras are also an added bonus, which are guaranteed to bring a smile to your face and helped make this DVD a pleasure to watch.
