Mel C and Emil Prysak, from Carpe Diem Dance Company in Birmingham, bring together an exciting fusion of styles, and are like for like with their love of body movement, footwork and a passion for technique.
They started teaching together in December 2008, and have already received rave reviews about their workshops!

Norman runs his own very well attended night every Wednesday in Walsall, the longest running midweek night in the midlands.
He also guest teaches across the UK and Europe, and is an established Congress DJ having worked the Salsa Congress circuit across Europe for the past few years.

Steve plays regularly across the UK, guesting at numerous high-profile events, with great feedback from all levels of dancers and a number of international Congress bookings confirmed for late 2009. Previous gigs include the 1st Scottish Salsa Congress, Scalalatina, The Leeds Weekender and the Belfast Dance Asylum Weekender (where he made his Salsa DJ debut). Full bio available on his website.

JoJo / DJ Candelita
DJ
JoJo started dancing salsa in 1999, but when an old injury began to prevent her dancing as much as she once did, she decided to try her hand at DJing, rather than give salsa up altogether. She started DJing at the end of 2008, debuting at the Salsa Central monthly Party. She has since guested at Club Candela in Shrewsbury, and Salsa Para Mi in Telford, as well as a few other local events.
